We want to get your new artwork to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please find our delivery terms and options below.

Domestic & International Shipping

We are proud to offer shipping to art lovers worldwide, including:

• United Kingdom

• United States

• Canada

• Australia

Delivery Costs

• Free Shipping: All orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery

• Standard Shipping: For orders under £50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the artwork or item (A5, A4, original canvas, small, medium or large) and your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days.

• Processing:

  • For Art: Please allow 1–2 business days for me to carefully package your prints before they are dispatched.

  • For Crochet Creations: Please allow 3-5 business days for me to make your new pal from scratch!
  • For Commissions: This will be discussed at the time of making the order. Please contact orangeelephantartgb@gmail.com for any commission-related enquiries.

Important Notes

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Customs & Duties: For international orders outside of the UK, please note that the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
